I walked in an ordered a Kebab. The waiter had the audacity to tell me that they do not sell kebabs! To make things worse, this Serbian man came in and yelled "Remove Kebab" and began to dance to Serbian music! I had to scare him off by yelling "ALLAHU AKBAR", and he ran off. I eventually decided to order some "Salmon Rolls" because I was hungry, and there were no Kebab places for miles. My fish was cold, and raw! Would not eat again!
There were some long wait times and I think our waitress was new. We had to continually ask for things that were no brainers. Like the hot tea my Mom ordered. I'm rather critical of wait staff because I managed a restaurant with wait staff. I was disappointed in the appearance of the staff. No uniforms. VERY unprofessional looking. The decor was very upscale but not even management dressed for business! The food was average however the $25 steak meal my Brother ordered would not have filled a 10 year old. When I asked for my sushi roll to be dipped in tempura I was told it would be $2 extra! No damn reason for that! I have gone to many sushi restaurants asked for the same thing and NO one EVER charged me extra! If you want great sushi go to Black Pine Tree, or for a less pricey option (and honestly my favorite, hands down) try Peking Tokyo on Southfield by Allen road. Maybe they had a very bad day. There was only one sushi chef on duty. It was a Monday evening and I got the feeling they don't usually get that much business at the time we walked in. 7:00pm. And I am still stupidly annoyed by the unprofessional attire worn by the staff. One girl had on jean shorts, one was in workout clothes, our server was wearing jeans with a little button up (looked like faded denim) over a t-shirt.

Excellent sushi. Also had the chicken teriyaki....wow ! Great service. Alcohol if you are interested.
Ask for Ahmad to serve you and Leo to prepare your sushi ....
