I think you guys are just coming in at late times and getting mad about it. Sometimes family owned businesses close early if business is "slow". The customer service is nice and way friendlier than the people at the laundromat off Fort & Pennsylvania.

I hadn't had much experience at a laundromat before, and they were so helpful! Told me what machine to use, how much soap, and the protocol. Could not imagine a better place to do laundry. Will be back!
If you had to stand on your feet from 10am-9pm smelling peoples dirty underwear and gym socks, listening to the same damn conversations from the same damn people day after day after week after week I bet you'd be a little unfriendly towards the end of the night and I bet you'd be itching to get home. I just met the owner about 25 mins ago, really nice guy. That is all.
